MIRUS is a "third-person action adventure game" with the aim of telling the player a thoroughly gripping and intense story.
In this story the statement is conveyed that one's own perception is often not questioned,
even if it can be changed quickly by emotions or mental disorders.
Accompanied by self-animated cut scenes, the overall package ensures a great gaming experience.
Language: The game was part of a project in university and can only be played in the german language without english subtitles because of lack of development time. We apologize.

MIRUS ist ein "Third-Person Action Adventure Game" mit dem Ziel, dem Spieler eine durchaus packende und intensive Story zu erzählen.
In dieser Geschichte wird die Aussage vermittelt, dass die eigene Wahrnehmung oft nicht hinterfragt wird,
auch wenn sie durch Emotionen oder psychische Störungen schnell verändert werden kann.
Untermalt mit selbst animierten Cutszenes sorgt das Gesamtpaket für ein tolles Spiel-Erlebnis

The world is almost like a movie but the characters are cartoony or gamey in comparison, otherwise it looks awesome for such a project.
Hiii, I've made a video about the game and wanted to share some feedback about it, hopefully it is useful to you :)
-The concept and story on the game are pretty interesting.-The visual style of the game needs some improvement on the characters design to make them fit better the whole game, but it is actually quite good.
-The gameplay mechanics can sometimes feel a little bit robotic as they need a little bit of polish, but again they are quite good and work great with the concept/theme of the game.
-If the game had some SUBS on english by default it would be a nice touch.

As this game was our semester project at university we did not have the time to fix the game in all ways but we will definitely improve the upcoming projects! I watched your gameplay and you did a nice job ;-)
I would have loved subs in english but there was no time for that implementation, unfortunately... I'm sorry. But I guess you understood the story as well, didn't you? ^^
Yeah, I mean, despite of not having subs on english, the way the gameplay is executed and how the game develops, I was able to get some of the info about the story as you achieved to make it understandable thorugh the gameplay mechanics directly.
